Suggested usage
Dissolve 10 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water. On training days, consume one serving before a meal or training, and the second serving after training. On non-training days, take 1 serving between two meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not eat if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Store out of the reach of small children.
